In 1992, Brian founded Vail Companies, which provided the first In-Store display fixture repair and removal services to the grocery industry. Through its unique array of services to manufacturers of grocery store checkout display fixtures, Vail Companies grew quickly, and in 1998, it was acquired by Brand Manufacturing. Vail served 10 years as Group Vice President of Logistics for an international company with 10,000 employees that generated 2.5 billion in sales per year where he oversaw the third party transportation needs for the international market.

With 20 years in retail logistics, Brian founded VailCo Retail Logistics Company and continues to provide logistics services to manufacturers and retailers with fixture display delivery, installation, and disposal, as well as general freight services to manufacturers across the country.
